  • 1 bone-in ham (810 lbs)
  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham and reserve the rest for basting.
  5. Place the ham in a foil-lined roasting pan and roast for about two hours, basting every 30 minutes.
