- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
Instructions
- Wash and chop mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vegetable broth, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch mixture.
- Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until bright and tender-crisp.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and cook for another minute until everything is coated.
- Serve immediately, drizzling any remaining sauce on top.
