Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Press the mixture into a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped pecans into the filling mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle additional pecans before serving.
