  • 1 lb Turkey Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Rub the mixture all over the turkey tenderloin.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear each side of the tenderloin for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Place the seared tenderloin in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
