- 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix; add a splash of water if needed. Simmer for another few minutes.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about one tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each wrapper.
- Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly—triangles or pouches work great!
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
