  • 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the rolled oats and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds along with a pinch of salt; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
