Description

Spinach and artichoke dip is a creamy, indulgent appetizer that perfectly blends fresh spinach and tangy artichokes with rich cheeses for a flavor-packed experience. Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 14 oz canned marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted (about 3 minutes). Let cool slightly before chopping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichokes, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
