- 10 oz fresh spinach
- 14 oz canned marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted (about 3 minutes). Let cool slightly before chopping.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichokes, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
