- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix cooked sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine flaked salmon with mayonnaise and Sriracha until creamy.
- Spread seasoned rice at the bottom of the baking dish; layer salmon mixture on top.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the salmon; add extra Sriracha if desired.
