Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup gochujang paste
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack mix)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together corn, gochujang paste, cream cheese, shredded cheese, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Add chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper; mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with extra green onions before serving hot.
