  • 68 lbs bone-in ham
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Score the ham in a diamond pattern to allow the glaze to penetrate.
  4. Place the ham in the slow cooker and pour half of the glaze over it.
  5. Cook on low for about 6 hours, basting with remaining glaze during the last hour.
  6. Once done, slice and serve with drizzled sauce.
