- 1 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
