  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Chop carrots, celery, onion, and mince garlic.
