  5. Punch down the dough and transfer to greased slow cooker insert, pressing it evenly across the bottom.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and herbs; add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours or until golden brown on top.
