  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breasts and cooked ham into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine the diced chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, uncooked pasta, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
