- 6 dried guajillo peppers
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Remove stems and seeds from dried guajillo peppers; soak in hot water for 15 minutes.
- Drain the peppers and blend them with garlic, onion, soy sauce, and 1 cup of beef broth until smooth.
