- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sear the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
