  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (100% pure)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease doughnut pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Pipe batter into greased doughnut pans about halfway full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch.
  7. Cool slightly before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with a splash of milk.
