Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease doughnut pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until just combined.
- Pipe batter into greased doughnut pans about halfway full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch.
- Cool slightly before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with a splash of milk.
