  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
