Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 4 oz cheddar or pepper jack cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Set your pressure cooker to sauté mode. Add a drizzle of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ground beef to the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbly.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Close the pressure cooker lid tightly and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before venting any remaining steam.
