  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tbsp butter (diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Place seasoned chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
