  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture, dip in egg wash, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. While baking, mix soy sauce and honey for dipping.
