- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp paprika

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture, dip in egg wash, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- While baking, mix soy sauce and honey for dipping.
