  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (or veggies of choice)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain without rinsing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pizza sauce, half the mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour in the pasta mixture and spread evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
