Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice

- ½ cup cherry preserves
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1–3 tbsp milk (to desired frosting consistency)
Instructions

- In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
