Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  2. Bake crusts for 8 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, blend cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon filling over cooled crusts and smooth tops with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
