Description

  • 1/2 cup peach jelly
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • Fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  3. Place a small piece of Brie in the center of each square, topping with about one teaspoon of peach jelly.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Mix the egg with water and brush over each pastry for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
