  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup crushed candy canes (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy.

  4. Assemble: Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust and sprinkle with half of the crushed candy canes. Add another layer of remaining cream mixture.
