Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Shape the mixture into an elongated loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
