Description

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and mint extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
