- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar and sour cream until creamy. Stir in cocoa powder and mint extract.
- Gently fold in half of the chocolate chips into the filling mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for approximately one hour.
