Instructions

- Mash roasted sweet potatoes in a bowl; mix in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup to form nests.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and chopped pecans; sprinkle over each nest.
