  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon culinary-grade lavender
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (reserve some for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and press about one tablespoon of the crumb mixture into each liner.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.

  6. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and lavender; mix just until combined.
  7. Gently fold in half of the blackberries.
