- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup small pasta (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender (about 5 minutes).
