  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak dried black beans overnight if using. Rinse and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
