  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
