  • 1 large ripe mango (about 200g), peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup glutinous rice, soaked overnight
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cook the soaked sticky rice by steaming or boiling until tender. Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, cooked sticky rice, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
