Description

  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (large curd)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a deep baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish. Place noodles on top, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixed with oregano and basil.
  3. Layer more sauce, another set of noodles, remaining cottage cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Finish with another noodle layer and cover everything in marinara.
  4. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
