  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves (torn)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining excess fat as needed.
