  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, Panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, honey, and half of the sriracha sauce until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, whisk together the remaining sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  6. Once cooked, toss meatballs in the sauce before serving.
