  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
