  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, apricots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil over the dry mixture; stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning. Keep an eye on the edges!
  6. Once golden brown and fragrant, remove from the oven and fold in dried fruits while still warm.
