  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Slice sirloin steak into thin strips against the grain. Prepare vegetables by slicing bell peppers, zucchini, and onion.
  2. Marinate steak in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook marinated steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and desired doneness.
  5. Remove steak and stir-fry vegetables in the same pan for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
