- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (mashed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, mash fresh raspberries and set aside.
- Blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; then mix in one egg until combined.
- Layer half the brownie batter in the pan, followed by half the raspberry mixture, then all of the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining brownie batter and dollop more raspberry puree.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the brownie part.
