- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- ½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
- ½ cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped apples, cinnamon, nuts, and seeds until evenly mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup and nut butter until smooth; pour over the oat mixture and mix well.
