  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion for about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes followed by half of the beef mixture. Repeat layering.
