- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion for about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes followed by half of the beef mixture. Repeat layering.
