- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Chop the onions and mince the garlic.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant (about 3 minutes).
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined with the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with cheese if desired.
