  • 3 cups cooked shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup roasted green chiles (canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups creamy cheese blend (Monterey Jack and cheddar)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken in boiling water until fully cooked (15-20 minutes), then shred using two forks.
