Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; stir until smooth.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until elastic.
