  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped (any colors)
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak, bell peppers, and zucchini into uniform pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the marinade.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes in half of the marinade for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
  4. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers alternating with bell peppers and zucchini.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your desired doneness.
