  • 12 medium fresh button mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth; remove stems and finely chop them.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped stems, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, and parsley until well mixed.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
