Ingredients

  • 1 cup white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh pineapple and mango into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine chopped fruits, white wine, coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; adjust sweetness with more simple syrup or lime juice if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. To remove pops from molds, briefly run warm water over them before serving.
