  • 2 cups colored sprinkles
  • 12 oz chocolate melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan and bake the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions until golden brown.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese frosting until well combined and moldable.
  4. Roll small portions into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt chocolate melts with coconut oil until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in colored sprinkles. Place back on parchment paper to set.
